Blu Ray Probleme in encore

Hallo zusammen, habe folgende Anfrage in creativecow eingestellt, vielleicht hat aber auch hier jemand ne Antwort

I`m working with Encore since Release 1.0
I`m using Envore Version 3.01.008.

Creating a complex DVD, no problems occur.

All the problems become evident in case of making a BD project. I have tested it on several PC`s, different Project Settings ... all with the same problems.

For example:

During the playback of a menü, it is possible to push the pause button (not possible in a DVD project). This has nothing to do with the allowed user actions!!!

In a DVD Project I make use of a Playlist, testing it in a stand alone DVD player you can navigate with the next button from one video to another. The situation in a BD project: Using the preview Funktion in Encore everything is ok. Testing the final BD DVD (PC Softwareplayer or TV stand alone BD Player) the navigation with next button is not possible (only backwards)

DVD Project: motion menü (animation 60 sec, loop point 40 sec)-> in Encore Preview as well as testing the final DVD the motion menü has a length of 60 sec, the highlights become visible after 40 sec, there is no break). The situation in a BD Project: the motion menü seems to be splitted into two parts (40 sec and 20 sec), ad the end of the 40 sec part is a short break. Previewfunction in Encore is OK !!! (one animation for the menü with 60 sec). In case of setting an endaction for this menü AND defining a loop numer of zero (no loops), on the final BD only the fisrt 40 sec part is played, after that the defined end action. Only if you define a loop number > 0 the second 20 sec part will also play. Because of the defined loop the second 20 sec part start with a high audio level. The last statement describes the correct behavior in Encore, but avoiding this I have done the following in a DVD Project: 60 sec motionmenü, highlights become visible after 40 sec (loop point at 40 sec), loop number is null, endaction is the same animation with a audio fade in at the beginning. This workaroaund is not possible in a BD project because of the mentioned BD problems above.

appendix:
the next button function generally don`t work, not only with playlist items. Other controls: scan, previous and so on work properly.

the next function works in all DVD projects... following the DVD specification not in menues but with all items placed in the timelines... but it doesn`t work in BD projects!!

das Hauptproblem ist, daß die BD Probleme nicht auf irgendwelche settings in PC3 zurückzuführen sind.

Habe ALLE Konstellationen getestet, egal ob innerhalb von PC3, in Encore, ob als MPEG, als H264 ..... die von mir beschriebenen Probleme treten IMMER auf.

Einfach nur ein leeres Menütemplate aus Encore verwenden, beliebiges File als Motion Hintergrundnehmnen.... und die Probleme gehen los.

Für viele Probleme gibt es Workarounds (allerdings mit kleineren Schönheitsfehlern auf der finalen BD). Schlimm ist nur, daß man beii einem perfekten PAL DVD Projekt nicht einfach die Funktion Asset erstezen benutzen kann (um die für die PAL DVD verwendeten files gegen die zuvor erstellten BD kompatiblem files auszutauschen). So muss ich leider das BD Projekt in Encore komplett neu aufsetzen, eine Menge an Motion Menü Animationen in PC3 neu convertieren(Teil A bis zum Lopppoint, Teil B nach dem Looppoint), einige Dummy menüs einfügen (um beim Übergang von Schnittfenster zu Menü das kure Schwarz flackern zu verhindern) und so weiter..... Arbei die eigentlich nicht nötig sein dürfte... und zudem im finalen Ergebnis auf der BD einige kleinere Fehler hat... nur dafür, das das Ergebnis in Full HD mit 40 MBit ist.
